Key Responsibilities of a Verizon Client Associate:
- Foster and maintain relationships with our clients, providing them with top-notch customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction 100% of the time

- Work closely with the sales team and other Verizon Client Associates to assist in improving the enrollment process and drive sales

Qualifications of a Verizon Client Associate:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- 1-2 years of previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a retail or telecom environment, is highly desired
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with people
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
