This is a full-time on-site role for an HVAC Technician. The HVAC Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, plumbing, EPA, and electricity-related tasks. The HVAC Technician will also be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of heating and cooling systems in residential and commercial properties in Malden, MA.
- Experience in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and plumbing
- EPA certification and knowledge of EPA regulations
- Knowledge of electricity and electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience working with HVAC systems
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, Vocational or Technical training is a plus
