What are the responsibilities and job description for the Eagle/ Oracle Developer position at Evolver Commercial?
Evolver is seeking a highly talented individual that can fulfill an Eagle / Oracle Developer role. This role is responsible for enhancing and maintaining existing technology solutions and providing support for ongoing technology initiatives within the Eagle Platform team. We perform development across Eagle STAR / PACE, Oracle, MSSQL, SSIS, .NET, SSRS. The best candidate will have a strong foundation in software development, architecture in the financial services industry.
Role is on-site at San Francisco or Boston Office Location
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and test mission critical components to manage Investment Operations functions
- Work collaboratively with QA, Technical Analysts and Project managers for delivery of services
- Profound knowledge and hands-on experience in EAGLE STAR / PACE / Panel changes
- Profound knowledge and hands-on experience in Oracle. Experience with Oracle Packages, procedures, functions & PL / SQL
- Strategic thinker who is able to execute on various stages of SDLC while driving the delivery of high-quality software in a fast paced environment
- Engage in the daily oversight of maintenance and support of the investment operations team
- Develop a detailed understanding of the Data Operations workflows and current technology solutions that support them
- Perform detailed data analysis and testing as necessary
- Proficient at multi-tasking and handling more than one on-going project and support group
- Ability to stay organized while working independently as well as within a team setting
