Overview
Evolver is looking for a Modern Workplace Lead to assist in the support of the Modern Workplace services.
Work Location: On site in San Francisco 4 days a week
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Modern Workplace Manager, this resource is responsible for maintaining quality IT services and driving change for the business as a whole.
- Support and troubleshoot Windows devices (desktops and laptops, Windows 10/11) and mobile devices (iPhone and iPad) running Apple iOS
- Setup and configure end-user desktops, laptops, computer hardware, software, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Support Microsoft technologies, including proficiency in Microsoft Modern Desktop technologies (Windows devices, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, SCCM, Active Directory/Azure AD, OneDrive, multi-factor authentication, SharePoint and conditional access)
Basic Qualifications:
- 5 years of Modern Workplace experience
- 5 years of Active Directory experience
- 5 years of Windows experience
- 5 years of SCCM experience
- 5 years of experience with InTune
- 5 years of automation experience
- 5 years of Patch management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- 8 years of Modern Workplace experience
- 8 years of Active Directory experience
- 8 years of Windows experience
- 8 years of SCCM experience
- 8 years of experience with InTune
- 8 years of automation experience
- 8 year of Patch management experience
- Previous Asset Management experience
- Ability to lead and manage a team
- Manage multiple projects
- Excellent communications with leadership, IT teams and resources

Actual salary will depend on factors such as skills, qualifications, experience, market and work location. The client offers benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies. The annual salary range for this position in San Francisco Bay Area is between: $140,000 to $160,000 USD.
