Evolver Federal is seeking a Portfolio Manager to support a Federal Client. The Portfolio Manager will oversee and drive cybersecurity and IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise security goals and objectives. This role involves translating functional requirements into technical solutions, managing site design packages, and developing cybersecurity use cases to enhance security operations. The Portfolio Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement quality standards, oversee configuration management, and optimize cybersecurity strategies across the organization

Responsibilities:

• Translate functional requirements into technical solutions
• Review enterprise Cybersecurity and information technology (IT) goals and objectives
• Determine functional requirements and specifications for site design packages
• Oversee the development and management of site design packages
• Coordinate with configuration management process and manage site design packages
• Develop cybersecurity use cases
• Develop quality standards
• Document quality standards

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• An Active Top Secret Clearance with the ability to pass a comprehensive background check
• 1 of the following Certifications: CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CLCM (Certified Lead Cybersecurity Manager), or ISO/IEC 27032 Lead Cybersecurity Manager
• 7 years of experience leading teams in cybersecurity, portfolio management or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

• A Master's degree
• An active Department of Energy Q Clearance
• Proficiency in cybersecurity principles, risk management, portfolio management, and network design.
• Experience in leading a team, managing projects, and providing technical guidance to junior team members is crucial.
• Ability to Identify opportunities for new and improved business process solutions
• Create system security concept of operations (ConOps) documents
• Define baseline system security requirements
• Attention to detail.
• operational planning processes and execution
• Applying information technologies into proposed solutions
• Performing requirements analysis
• Building use cases
• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, risk management, portfolio management, and network design packages.
• Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle security incidents and vulnerabilities.
• Ability to work effectively with other IT teams, stakeholders, and external partners.

Actual salary will depend on factors such as skills, qualifications, experience, market and work location. Salary : $155,000 - $195,000
