Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an On-Site Support Tech for a customer of EvolvTec. The On-Site Support Tech will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and network issues, and ensuring seamless operations within the IT environment. While the role is primarily on-site in pompano and Miami, Fl, there is flexibility for some remote work.
• Project Management:
• Assist in implementing and managing IT projects, including SharePoint migrations, Azure integrations, and Office 365 deployments.
• Ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Technical Support:
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues on the fly.
• Provide end-user support for Office 365, SharePoint, and Azure-related queries.
• Perform proactive maintenance and ensure IT infrastructure stability.
• System Administration:
• Manage and configure Office 365 environments, including email, OneDrive, and Teams.
Qualifications

- Experience in IT support or related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Knowledge of Cyber Security best practices
