This role requires expertise in Unanet, WAWF, and IPP systems and offers the opportunity to work closely with finance leadership in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and process invoices for CPFF, T&M, and FFP LOE projects.
- Review contract documents to ensure accurate billing.
- Generate and analyze accounts receivable aging reports.
- Manage invoice submissions through WAWF, IPP, and subcontractor portals.
- Assist with DCMA closeout requirements and financial audits.
- Maintain compliance with company financial policies and government regulations.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in government contract billing.
- Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting (preferred).
- Proficiency in Unanet, WAWF, and IPP.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- U.S. Citizenship required due to federal contract obligations.
