Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to fuel growth and increase revenues in the U.S. market.
- Lead bid teams, comprising both technical and business stakeholders, to develop proposals in response to RFPs.
- Use a consultative-selling approach to align customer needs with tailored technical solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with key professionals across the space industry.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitors, identifying new opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with internal teams (customer success, marketing, and technical experts) to drive customer satisfaction and shape product strategies.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the space industry.
- Strong network within New Space.
- Proven Business Development and Sales success.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker who learns quickly and can adapt to fast-changing environments.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
