In this role, you will be responsible for the overall strategy and direction of our programs, ensuring seamless coordination between stakeholders and effective management of program schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary customer-facing representative, fostering strong relationships with government stakeholders.
- Manage program schedules, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring on-time and on-budget execution.
- Develop and implement solutions to address program challenges and drive success.
- Oversee contract compliance, risk management, and financial performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and prime contractors to align program objectives.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing programs for manufacture, ideally supporting government entities through a prime.
- Strong understanding of government contracting, compliance, and program risk management.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Experience overseeing full program lifecycle, including schedule, budget, and problem-solving responsibilities.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
