Head of Demand Generation – FRACTION
Location: St Pete, Florida (hybrid)
EVONA is a leading recruitment firm specialising in the space, defense and deep tech sectors. Our platform, FRACTION, is a market-leading SaaS product designed to revolutionise the recruitment process by offering an end-to-end solution. As we evolve, our Recruitment-as-a-Service (RaaS) offering will transition into a self-serve SaaS product, requiring a forward-thinking leader to drive demand generation, growth marketing, and revenue acceleration.
We are looking for a Head of Demand Generation to own the SaaS Platform & entire marketing funnel for FRACTION, driving lead generation, pipeline acceleration, and sales enablement. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute high-impact demand generation campaigns, optimise conversion rates, and align marketing efforts with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Demand Generation: Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation strategies to drive leads and revenue growth.
- Marketing Funnel Optimization: Manage top-of-funnel to bottom-of-funnel activities, ensuring seamless lead nurturing and conversion.
- Lead Generation & Sales Enablement: Implement high-performing inbound and outbound campaigns to generate quality sales opportunities.
- Growth & Performance Marketing: Leverage data-driven marketing techniques, including ABM, content marketing, paid media, and email automation.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Define and execute GTM strategies for FRACTION aligning with sales teams.
- Revenue Acceleration: Own marketing-influenced pipeline targets and collaborate closely with sales to drive closed-won deals.
- Marketing Automation & Tech Stack: Manage marketing tools for effective campaign execution.
- Content & Thought Leadership: Develop compelling messaging, case studies, and content to increase market traction and brand awareness.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and engage partners to support product adoption and expansion.
- Collaboration with Leadership: Act as a right-hand person to the leadership team, translating vision into actionable revenue-driving initiatives.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in demand generation, growth marketing, and B2B SaaS marketing, preferably in a recruitment technology or FinTech environment.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, ABM, inbound/outbound marketing, and sales enablement.
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in marketing analytics, conversion optimization, and performance tracking.
- Ability to own and optimize the marketing funnel, driving high-quality pipeline and revenue growth.
- Experience with sales enablement tools (Salesforce, Pardot, Cognism, Apollo, SalesNav) is a plus.
- Exceptional strategic and executional skills – can take ownership of challenges and create innovative solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
