Key Responsibilities

• Generate revenue by identifying and onboarding new customers while strengthening relationships with existing clients.
• Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from identifying prospects to closing deals, ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to execute targeted go-to-market strategies and achieve ambitious growth targets.
• Understand customer requirements and relay technical insights to internal teams to enhance product offerings and solutions.
• Accurately maintain CRM systems to track leads, forecast sales, and monitor progress against objectives.
• Contribute to marketing efforts by driving customer engagement and helping to develop content that increases brand awareness.
• Represent the company at key industry events, showcasing solutions and building its profile as a market leader.

Key Requirements

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in a technical field is preferred.
• Experience: Proven experience in business development or sales, particularly in advanced technology sectors like navigation systems, geospatial, robotics, drones, or autonomous vehicles.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with technologies such as GNSS, inertial sensors, robotics, and acoustics, with the ability to differentiate between solutions.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and experience using CRM tools like Salesforce.
