About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Environmental Test Engineer to play a critical role in preparing our spacecraft for flight. You'll design, execute, and oversee comprehensive test campaigns to ensure our spacecraft can withstand harsh space conditions.
- Design and execute test plans for flight testing, including thermal, thermal-vacuum, vibration, shock, radiation, atomic oxygen, and other unique testing conditions.
- Design and build custom testing systems to address novel challenges specific to our spacecraft.
- Closely collaborate with the engineering team to ensure all spacecraft systems undergo robust and thorough testing for reliability and performance.
