About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Analytical Expertise Leader to join our team at Evonik Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting research with a focus on silica modification, analytical and performance testing on key R&D programs. You will also develop and deliver plans for significant aspects of a research program with guidance from senior colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research using primary data sources and select information needed for analysis of key themes and trends
- Identify new opportunities, conduct innovative scientific experiments and tests, and translate results into practical applications
- Prepare and coordinate completion of various data and analytics reports
Requirements
- University Master's Degree or higher in a relevant field
- Knowledge of analytical chemistry, laboratory techniques, instrumentation and testing
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills translatable to all areas of chemistry
- Experience working in teams, directing people and resources to achieve specific end results within limited timeframes
