Position Overview : As the Leader of the Business Segments for Medical Device Solutions, you will hold end-to-end responsibility for the segment, defining and optimizing its vision, strategy, and implementation roadmap in coordination with the Product Line (PL) Head. You will oversee all key commercial aspects, including sales, cash management, and project pipeline development, while leading and managing the workforce within the segment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define and implement the business segment vision, strategy, and growth roadmap.
- Develop mid- and long-term business plans focusing on revenue and profitability.
- Identify new markets and lead the screening of client pipelines and identification of business opportunities.
- Support sales execution with content support and technological product and application expertise.
- Design and support large contract negotiations.
- Align operational targets and manage interfaces with Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and Procurement.
- Define asset strategies and drive investment business cases.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines, including ISO standards.
- Oversee financial performance management, commercial target setting, and pricing decisions
- Develop and lead the team while creating and implementing strategic workforce plans
