Responsibilities
You will conduct research focused on silica modification, analytical and performance testing on key R&D programs. You will also develop and/or deliver plans for significant aspects of a research program with guidance from senior colleagues.
Innovative scientific experiments and tests will be conducted to identify new opportunities, translate results into practical applications, and suggest improvements in current processes and procedures, methodologies, and tools.
Data and analytics reports will be prepared and coordinated for completion.
Requirements
- University Masters Degree or Higher
- Knowledge of analytical chemistry, laboratory techniques, instrumentation, and testing
- Experience enables job holder to deal with the majority of situations and to advise others
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills translatable to all areas of chemistry
- Experience of working in teams, directing people and other resources to achieve specific end results within limited timeframes
