Main Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive Process Safety Management programs, focusing on prevention and mitigation
- Coordinate with departments to ensure effective implementation of mechanical integrity initiatives
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify and address opportunities for improvement, driving continuous growth and development
- Maintain accurate records of manufacturing operations, documenting procedures, P&IDs, JSAs, and other relevant items
- Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to production operators and maintenance personnel
