Job Description
The Process Operator will be responsible for monitoring and measuring processes, packaging, and transferring materials from tank to tank. Daily samples will require interaction between shipping, QC, and maintenance departments. The successful candidate must be able to work 8-12 hour shifts when required and adapt to different schedules, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates must have a High School Diploma or equivalent, computer knowledge, and 2-4 years of manufacturing experience or related fields. Forklift experience is preferred, and the ability to lift up to 55 lbs without mechanical assistance is necessary. Additionally, good manual dexterity, communication skills, and the ability to observe, record, and analyze process information are essential.
