Pay starts out at $21.93/hour and increases through hours worked milestones and annual increases.
Job Description
We are seeking a Production Process Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for monitoring and measuring processes, packaging, and transferring materials from tank to tank. You will also interact with shipping, QC, and maintenance departments to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities
* Monitor and measure processes to ensure quality and efficiency
* Package and transfer materials from tank to tank
* Interact with shipping, QC, and maintenance departments
* Work 8-12 hour shifts when required
* Work days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays when required
Requirements
* High School Diploma/GED
* Computer knowledge
* 2-4 years of manufacturing experience or chemical experience, construction, mechanical, farm/agricultural experience preferred
* Forklift experience preferred
* Be in good general health and medically certifiable to wear respiratory protection
* Ability to lift up to 55 lbs without mechanical assistance
* Physically able to perform job duties
* Good manual dexterity
* Ability to perform duties with minimum supervision
* Ability to observe, record, and analyze process information
* Able to read and interpret instruments, gauges, etc.
* Ability to communicate and understand operating information
