Manage customer accounts in the Midwest Region of US (OH, KY, TN, AR, MO, IL IN, MI, WI, MN, IA, OK KS, NE, SD, & ND) for hydrogen peroxide. Works on meeting sales targets, price and offer management. Also, contract negotiations and supporting customer in product or supply concerns.
Purpose is to support meeting our profit targets as well as Net Working Capital Targets. In addition, the role is tasked with identifying and pursuing continuous improvement opportunities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute a customer contact plan for market trends, intelligence gathering, and price proposals / negotiations.
- Serve as the primary contact for customer queries and complaints, escalating when necessary.
- Set objectives for sales meetings, present materials, and assess customer interest.
- Conduct 5-10 in-person visits monthly; develop annual contracts and sales plans with management alignment.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer contracts and drive business growth.
- Prospect new customers via referrals, events, and the core database.
- Follow up on leads, gather market intelligence, and share insights with the team.
- Log interactions and schedule follow-ups in CRM for accurate customer data and retention.
