Support Environmental Controls, Incineration Services, and Solvent Recovery to ensure that products and services are provided in a safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operations Management : Oversee the operation of large, complex equipment (e.g., wastewater treatment, fume incinerators, distillation columns, bulk tanks, forklifts, yard tractors), ensuring safety and compliance with regulations. Manage and document incidents, escalating when necessary.
- Team Leadership : Supervise, develop, train, and manage a team of approximately 10 operators. Foster a positive environment and resolve interpersonal conflicts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with interdepartmental teams and customers to manage business operations and support site and company initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement : Drive process improvements to enhance safety, efficiency, and cost reduction. Demonstrate critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
- Communication : Communicate effectively across the organization, supporting departmental and company-wide goals.
