Evoove is a staffing marketplace partnered with a leading rotorcraft services company to find an experienced Director of Maintenance. This role is responsible for overseeing aircraft maintenance operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee maintenance scheduling and develop accurate customer estimates.
- Establish and enforce maintenance standards and guidelines for technicians.
- Lead and manage the aircraft maintenance team, ensuring safety and quality.
- Plan and supervise daily maintenance activities for external customers and flight school aircraft.
- Provide leadership in workforce management, team development, and performance oversight.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard maintenance personnel.
- Assist in refining company policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Identify and resolve maintenance challenges to optimize workflow.
- Set departmental objectives and track performance goals.
- Communicate effectively with executive leadership to align maintenance operations with company goals.
Qualifications:
- 7–10 years of experience in general aviation maintenance operations.
- Extensive knowledge of helicopter platforms, including:
- Airbus: H125 (AS350) and H130
- Bell: 407 and 412
- Agusta: 109 and 119
- Experience working in a Part 145 repair station.
- Strong proficiency in aircraft record-keeping and documentation.
Certificates & Licenses:
- Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate – Required.
- FAA Inspection Authorization (IA) – Required.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
