Key Responsibilities:
- Audit and analyze financial data for aerospace projects to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Track project costs, monitor budget adherence, and provide financial forecasts.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
- Identify financial risks and collaborate with project teams to address discrepancies.
- Assist leadership in strategic financial decision-making with data-driven insights.
- Improve financial processes for better accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and relevant government contracting regulations.
- Work closely with project managers and engineers to align financial strategies with project needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (CFA, CPA, or MBA preferred).
- 3-5 years of financial analysis experience, preferably in aerospace or engineering.
- Strong knowledge of project-based financial management and cost accounting.
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Understanding of aerospace financial practices and government contracting is a plus.
