Evoove is a staffing marketplace partnered with a leading aerospace company to find an experienced Quality Manager to oversee and maintain quality management systems. This role focuses on compliance, continuous improvement, and team leadership within an aerospace manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the quality management team to ensure adherence to industry standards.
- Develop, implement, and manage the company’s Quality Management System (QMS).
- Ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, and other industry and regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and reduce defects.
- Oversee root cause analysis, corrective actions, and non-conformance management.
- Act as the primary contact for quality-related issues, addressing customer concerns.
- Manage internal and external audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.
- Provide training to employees on quality standards, processes, and best practices.
- Prepare and present quality performance reports to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of quality management experience in aerospace manufacturing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- ASQ Certified Quality Manager (CMQ/OE), Six Sigma, or equivalent certifications preferred.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Expertise in QMS, statistical process control (SPC), and failure mode effects analysis (FMEA).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Additional Requirements:
- Experience with aerospace-specific quality certifications and regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to improve quality performance in complex manufacturing environments.
- Ability to travel occasionally to supplier sites or customer locations if needed.

Pay: $93,296.00 - $98,949.00 per year
