Your profile
Who We Are Looking For
- Lead the delivery and execution of SAP projects for customers, using best practices, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in presales activities with customers to support for potential SAP opportunities. Provide input into creating detailed Statements of Work
- Lead workshops as the subject matter expert for utility-specific business processes
- Create and maintain project documentation, including Business Process Documents (BPD’s), and Functional Specifications for SAP Plant Maintenance / Work Management / Mobility / Scheduling processes based on business requirements.
- Perform Functional Unit Testing for developed FRICEW objects and work with onshore and offshore developers to resolve defects.
- Analyze end-to-end complex business processes and information needs for multiple business areas
- Provide Incident Response and end user support
- At least 5 years of utilities industry, technology, and services experience
- Functional knowledge of SAP ISU / CR&B implementations. Configuration experience preferred.
- Experience in integration of Plant Maintenance (PM) with SAP Financial Accounting (FI), Project Systems (PS), Sales & Distribution (SD), and Materials Management (MM)
- Bachelor’s degree in technical area preferred
- Strong planning/management/problem solving/leadership ability
- Integration with 3rd party mobile & scheduling applications (ClickSchedule, SAP Work Manager, SAP Service & Asset Manager, ClickMobile, Click FSE, etc) preferred.
- Strong planning, management, problem solving, and leadership ability
- Experience transforming business requirements into project scope and deliverables.
- Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple work streams in a constantly changing work environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
