What are the responsibilities and job description for the Vice President of Program and Portfolio Management position at Evote?
The Vice President of Program Management and Portfolio Management will be responsible for the overall strategy, planning, and resourcing of all internal and external projects and programs within the organization. This includes both portfolio management of resources for product and process design of biotherapeutics continuous manufacturing as well as internal innovation projects and capital projects. This role will involve intense collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with company goals, and fostering a culture of excellence in program management and capacity modeling.
Responsibilities
- Strategic leadership : Develop and implement the program management strategy to align with organizational objectives, inclusive of capacity modeling, and oversight of tools needed.
- Lead a global, cross-site Project Management Office to provide project management support to clients and internal project teams.
- Lead escalation and decision-making processes within leadership teams.
- Lead resource planning effort across organization as part of S&OP and other related process design governance structures.
- Meeting facilitation : Facilitate leadership meetings, joint steering committee meetings, and on-site client meetings.
- Risk management : Identify and document business risks with leadership team and facilitate resolution, conduct risk management and contingency planning including facilitation of risk assessments.
- Develop and sponsor best practices and business processes initiatives : Sponsor global teams in the establishment of project management best practices and tools as well as business processes to establish efficiencies to project management organization.
- Provide project management leadership and expertise within CMC technical teams.
Qualifications and Educational Requirements
The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be $230,000 to $260,000; base salary offered may vary depending on individual’s skills, experience, and competitive market value.
