Supply Chain Business Systems Manager Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Supply Chain Business Systems Manager with a strong background in Supply Chain operations within the biotech industry.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end enhancement of SAP solutions within the biotech Supply Chain domain, including materials management, material planning, master data, and logistics functions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Supply Chain Planning, Materials Management, Operations, and business stakeholders, to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for SAP-related processes, providing guidance, best practices, and training to team members and end-users.
- Develop and maintain a SAP Center of Excellence (CoE) for Supply Chain functions, establishing governance, standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements to enhance overall operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead the configuration, customization, and integration efforts of SAP modules relevant to materials management, material planning, master data, and logistics.
- Collaborate with external vendors, consultants, and partners to ensure successful SAP implementation and ongoing support.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and within-budget project execution.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of SAP solutions, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business requirements.
- Collaborate with data governance teams to maintain accurate and up-to-date master data, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in Supply Chain operations, with a focus on materials management, material planning, master data, and logistics processes.
- Proven track record of successful SAP implementation and configuration, preferably within a biotech or pharmaceutical environment.
- Strong understanding of SAP Center of Excellence (CoE) principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in SAP modules related to Supply Chain functions, such as SAP MM, SAP PP, and SAP WM.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within established timelines and budgets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify process inefficiencies and recommend effective solutions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working with external consultants and vendors.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to influence and drive change within an organization.
- Relevant certifications in SAP or Supply Chain management are a plus.

This is a full-time position located in Redmond, Seattle. We offer a base pay range of $140,000 to $160,000, discretionary annual bonus, comprehensive benefits, and additional total rewards.
