Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Supply Chain Business Systems Manager with a strong background in Supply Chain operations within the biotech industry. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in SAP implementation, SAP Center of Excellence (CoE) practices, and a profound understanding of materials management, material planning, master data, and logistics processes. This individual will play a crucial role in driving the successful development and optimization of SAP solutions within our organization's Supply Chain, ensuring efficient and seamless operations.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the end-to-end enhancement of SAP solutions within the biotech Supply Chain domain, including materials management, material planning, master data, and logistics functions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Supply Chain Planning, Materials Management, Operations, and business stakeholders, to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for SAP-related processes, providing guidance, best practices, and training to team members and end-users.
- Develop and maintain a SAP Center of Excellence (CoE) for Supply Chain functions, establishing governance, standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements to enhance overall operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead the configuration, customization, and integration efforts of SAP modules relevant to materials management, material planning, master data, and logistics.
- Collaborate with external vendors, consultants, and partners to ensure successful SAP implementation and ongoing support.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and within-budget project execution.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of SAP solutions, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business requirements.
- Collaborate with data governance teams to maintain accurate and up-to-date master data, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to SAP and Supply Chain management within the biotech sector.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be $140,000 to $160,000; Base salary offered may vary depending on individual’s skills, experience and competitive market value. Additional total rewards include discretionary annual bonus, comprehensive benefits to include Medical, Dental and Vision, short-term and long-term disability, company paid basic life insurance, 401k company match, flexible work, generous paid time off and paid holiday, wellness and transportation benefits.
