Responsibilities
- Identify, structure, negotiate, and close complex, high-value strategic partnerships, licensing agreements, and long-term collaborations.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic deal-making, expanding Just-Evotec’s market presence and long-term profitability.
- Develop deal frameworks that align with Just-Evotec Biologics' growth objectives and create mutual value for partners.
- Lead cross-functional deal teams, including finance, legal, R&D, and operations, to drive negotiations and ensure seamless execution.
- Represent Just-Evotec Biologics in discussions and works collaboratively with current and potential partners.
- Build and maintain deep industry insights, understanding trends in biologics development, manufacturing, and emerging technologies.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities based on market intelligence, competitive analysis, and customer needs.
- Develop compelling business cases to support investment in new strategic partnerships and alliances.
- Act as a thought leader in the biologics space, contributing to the company’s strategic direction and external visibility.
- Oversee financial modeling, risk assessment, and due diligence for potential partnerships and acquisitions.
- Contribute to all aspects of business development and strategy.
- 15 years of experience in business development, corporate strategy, or strategic partnerships within the biopharmaceutical, CDMO, or life sciences industry.
- Proven track record of structuring, negotiating, and closing large-scale strategic deals (e.g., licensing, co-development, joint ventures, or M&A).
- Demonstrated knowledge of biologics development, manufacturing technologies, and the evolving landscape of next-generation therapeutics.
- Strong network within the biopharmaceutical and biotech sectors, with a history of building executive-level relationships.
- Excellent financial acumen, with experience in valuation, deal structuring, and strategic decision-making.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Salary : $240,000 - $280,000
