Position: Business Partner (Equity Opportunity)

Evoxa is seeking a strategic and highly skilled Business Partner to help drive the company’s growth and long-term success. For the right fit, this role offers an opportunity to earn up to 20% equity in the company.

We provide innovative products and services that help businesses overcome challenges, streamline operations, and achieve their goals. By delivering high-value solutions, Evoxa empowers companies to grow, scale, and succeed in competitive markets.

While the primary focus of this role is business development, your contributions will also support one of Evoxa’s key focus areas—helping to combat child sex trafficking—by ensuring the company’s success and ability to give back.


Key Highlights of the Role:

  • Equity-Based Partnership: Opportunity to earn up to 20% ownership in Evoxa.

  • Scalable Growth: The business model is designed for rapid expansion, with the goal of becoming a multi-million-dollar company in the next 12 months. 

Compensation & Growth Path:

  • Initial Part-Time Role: The position will begin as part-time with a target transition to full-time within 3 months.
  • Full-Time Salary: A full-time offer with an annual base salary of $90,000 is contingent upon the company generating sufficient revenue and securing the necessary funding to support this salary. Compensation will be adjusted based on skills and experience.
  • Long-Term Financial Potential: Significant residual earnings and potential for substantial returns due to equity ownership.

  • Sales & Business Development: Lead generation, prospecting, cold calling, in-person and remote sales, CRM management, client onboarding, and retention.
  • Leadership & Strategy: Negotiation, decision-making, strategic thinking, communication, networking, and investor relations.
  • Operations & Management: Project management, process optimization, performance metrics, and supply chain coordination.
  • Technology & Data Analysis: CRM systems, data management, spreadsheets, and technology utilization.
