Job Description and Responsibilities EVRAZ North America is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to join our team.
The Senior HRIS Analyst is responsible for administering and enhancing the value of our HCM system, Workday.
Responsibilities for this role include developing system solutions based on business requirements, troubleshooting current configuration, enhancing the overall capabilities of the system, and end user training.
The successful candidate will have experience in multiple functional areas of Workday, as well as a business acumen which will enable you to create strategic relationships with our users.
- Accountable for the support and enhancement of the EVRAZ HRIS system
- Work with internal stakeholders to define system requirements, provide recommendations, document changes, and implement solutions
- Configure and implement business processes and system enhancements that support company objectives across multiple HR functional areas
- Troubleshooting and resolution of complex system issues
- Define best practices and drive adoption within the HR organization
- Train HR users on Workday functionality to drive greater data integrity and process quality
- Facilitate end user testing to ensure system changes are vetted thoroughly before implementation
- Create reporting solutions that simplify access to data and productivity.
