You'll also be responsible for managing administrative tasks, including budgeting, tracking sales performance, maintaining accurate records, and handling essential documentation. By staying on top of these tasks, you'll ensure the store runs smoothly and meets both operational and financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set goals with your team and implement plans to achieve financial and operational objectives
- Interview and hire candidates
- Create work schedules and ensure adequate staffing
- Lead, develop, and motivate your team
- Ensure safe and efficient operation of sales and service areas
- Oversee inventory management through Shopify
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content
- Represent Evry Jewels as a brand ambassador
Qualifications:
- A keen sense of style to represent our brand aesthetic
- Collaborative skills to work strategically with cross-functional partners
- Strong leadership skills with 2 years of retail management experience or equivalent
- A commitment to quality and delivering results that add value to the business
- Ability to work variable schedules if needed (typically 4 weekdays 1 weekend day)
