Summary: Under the guidance of the Ecommerce Sales Lead, the Shipper will be responsible for processing and shipping ecommerce orders in a timely and accurate manner; all with the goal of having no more packages left to ship at the end of each day.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Tracks and organizes shipments for UPS, USPS, and LTL
- Prepares shipping documentation
- Monitors and maintains accurate documentation of out-bound shipments
- Checks availability of shipping supplies
- Keeps shipping stock and other materials organized and stored safely
- Assures accuracy of customer orders
- Processes orders as required by customer, meeting special needs as required
- Accurately inputs information into the computer
- Performs related clerical duties
- Ensures proper use of equipment, hand tools, personal protection, and compliance guidelines
- Ensures compliance standards, policies and procedures are followed
- Be conscious and careful of wasted expenses, including effective and efficient use of time and resources
- Keeps work area clean performing daily cleanup in workstation area at the end of each shift
- Responsible for daily trash removal
- Maintain clear pathways to all exits and fire extinguishers
- Reports daily shipping results
As Needed Responsibilities:
- Assist with event execution and completion
- Performs other duties as assigned

- Always arrive on time for scheduled shifts and work complete shifts as scheduled
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of spreadsheet software, internet software and email software.
Education/Experience: One to two years related experience and/or training.
Specialized Training: Experience required in shipping
Equipment: Various shipping tools, pallet jack, forklift
