Summary: Responsible for this position audits and inventories IT equipment, devices, testing equipment and other electronic equipment as requested.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Collects inventory on IT equipment and other electronic equipment for different inbound loads of equipment.
- Performs hard drive removal/serial capture on data bearing equipment.
- Demonstrates understanding of procedures, different data bearing devices, and high attention to detail.
- Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
- Performs inspection on equipment to move to either resale/recycle.
- Properly attributes items to correct locations and workflows in ERP system(Razor).
- Follows differing work instructions according to each specific inbound load.
- Accurately documents and keeps detailed records of all work-related activities.
- Provides all other support as requested by the manager.
- Works and interacts with current and prospective clients, other employees, sales representatives, vendors, medical personnel.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Stays abreast of changes in IT equipment technology.
- Actively works to gain more knowledge and experience.
Qualifications:

- 2 years of data entry, inventory, auditing, or other high attention to detail work
- Broad experience with general IT devices, scanners, and hand tools
- Broad experience with computers, hard drives, and removal/replacement of computer components
- General data entry knowledge
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work with limited supervision.
- Ability to communicate effectively with various levels of employees as well as customers both verbally and in writing.
- Proficiency with computers to include MS Word, Excel, Outlook and ability to learn new software
- Ability to perform general arithmetic
- Ability to perform duties with a high level of judgment, discretion, and confidentiality
- Demonstrated ability to perform duties as assigned
Education/Experience:
- 2 years of data entry, inventory, auditing, or other high attention to detail work

- Basic Hand and Power Tools
- Handheld Scanner
- Computer

- Knowledge of warehouse operations and protocol
- Knowledge of computer electronics and components
- Ability to understand verbal and written instructions
