Bartender Job Description
1. A Bartender’s responsibility is to efficiently prepare drinks according to our recipes and timing standards using a measured pour.
2. Bartenders will also be responsible for service at their bar, food and beverage knowledge as well as standards of service are required
3. You will be expected to possess product knowledge and have an ability to explain to them the differences and advantages to the craft beer selection, liquors, and wine.
4. A bartender should also embrace our service culture and work as a team with all other positions
5. A Bartender should be able to lift 50 lbs. and stand on your feet for long periods of time.
6. You should also be willing to perform tasks assigned by a manager as needed
7. Bartenders are responsible for the accuracy of their cash handling and transactions. Servers are responsible for any discrepancies there may be.
