1. Learn recipes
2. Maintain standards of sanitation and cleanliness & Safety
3. Follow weekly side work and temperature logs
4. Follow daily prep sheets and be able to set station up prior to service
5. Complete afternoon prep list and restock station for dinner service
6. Ability to prepare all orders within specified ticket times
7. Maintain organization throughout the meal period
8. Demonstrate a pleasant demeanor towards all guests and fellow team members
