Maintenance Mechanic, St. Clair Shores Facility

2nd & 3rd Shift Openings

Schedule : Monday - Friday, Saturday as scheduled

2nd Shift : 4 : 00 PM - 2 : 00 AM
3rd Shift : 9 : 30 PM - 6 : 00 AM

Pay : $35.00 - $45.00 per hour $2,000 Starting Bonus

We are seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to keep our high-performance production lines running efficiently. If you're a problem-solver with a passion for precision, this is your chance to be part of a dynamic, fast-growing company.

What Youll Do :

Train at our Detroit facility for approximately 90 days before assuming full responsibilities.

Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of industrial equipment, including pumps, valves, conveyors, gearboxes, and control panels.

Assist with new production line installations and ensure smooth operations.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reliability.

Read and interpret mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic schematics to troubleshoot issues effectively.

Maintain organized, safe work areas and detailed maintenance records.

What Youll Bring :

5 years of experience in industrial machinery maintenance.

Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills for packaging machines, motors, conveyors, pumps, and hydraulic systems.

Experience with preventative and predictive maintenance.

Ability to read mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic schematics.

Welding and finishing skills (a plus).

Prior experience in food manufacturing (highly preferred).
