Shift : Monday - Friday, Saturday as scheduled; 6 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM
Pay Range : $30.00 - $40.00 per hour, $2,000 Starting Bonus

We are seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to join our high-performance team. As a Maintenance Mechanic, youll play a pivotal role in keeping our production lines running smoothly, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and efficiency. This position offers a dynamic work environment where your skills will be valued and rewarded.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on a wide range of production equipment, including pumps, valves, conveyors, gearboxes, and control panels.
- Lead or assist in the launch and maintenance of new production lines, utilizing your mechanical expertise to ensure flawless execution.
- Execute continuous improvement projects to boost production efficiency and equipment reliability.
- Read and interpret mechanical prints, electrical schematics, and hydraulic diagrams to troubleshoot and repair issues.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, ensuring tools and work areas are always organized and compliant with safety regulations.
