Beverage Manager

Qualifications:

• 4 years of food & beverage leadership experience, ideally in luxury or pre-opening environments
• Certification from the Court of Master Sommeliers preferred
• Deep knowledge of wine, spirits, bar operations, and financials (COGS, inventory, P&L)
• Strong communicator with a proven track record in training and team development

Responsibilities:

• Lead all beverage operations across bars, restaurants, and events
• Build and maintain wine lists, bar menus, and inventory systems
• Collaborate with purchasing, events, and culinary to create elevated guest experiences
• Conduct tastings, training, and performance evaluations for sommeliers and bartenders
• Manage beverage financials and vendor partnerships, ensuring profitability and compliance
