The Chef de Cuisine is responsible for leading daily culinary operations within a high-volume casino kitchen, ensuring quality, consistency, and creativity across all menu offerings. This hands-on leader supports staff development and maintains the highest standards of food safety and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Five (5) years of progressively responsible culinary experience in a full-service restaurant or hotel.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food cost management, and staff supervision.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring execution of high-quality, well-presented dishes.
- Lead and develop culinary team members through training, coaching, and mentorship.
- Manage food inventory, kitchen cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety standards.
