Responsibilities:
- Prepare weekly schedule, including labor cost spreadsheet; assist with ordering supplies within budgeted amounts; assure that necessary forms are prepared and processed.
- Manager all aspects of the department
- Hands on approach in the Kitchen and the FOH
Qualifications:
- 3 years of retail management in the food industry restaurant experience
- Grocery or Prepared Foods experience
- Ordering and Inventory Experience
