We are in need of a Service Advisor at our Buick GMC store in Menomonee Falls. Under the direction of the Service Manager, the Service Advisor will own the job duties listed below:

We are in need of a Service Advisor at our Buick GMC store in Menomonee Falls. Under the direction of the Service Manager, the Service Advisor will own the job duties listed below:
Responsibilities
- Schedule service appointments
- Advises customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturers' specifications
- Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for parts and labor
- Notifies dispatcher of incoming work
- Maintains high customer satisfaction standards
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Dealership experience required
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
