Under the direction of the Office Manager, the Receptionist will own the job duties listed below:
Responsibilities
- Routes incoming calls, takes messages, and provides basic information to all callers
- Greets customers
- Receives money and keeps a log for deposit
- Types memos, correspondence, reports and other documents
- Assists with clerical duties as requested
Requirements
- Must be able to work the following schedule: Monday-Thursday 3pm-8pm, Fridays 3pm-6pm, and 2 Saturdays/month 7am-5pm
- Auto dealership experience preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Detail-Oriented
- Excellent communication skills
