We are in need of an Office Manager at our Volkswagen and Buick GMC campus in Menomonee Falls. Under joint direction of the General Manager and Controller, the Office Manager will own the job duties listed below:
Responsibilities
- Hires, trains, and supervises office personnel.
- Analyzes and organizes office operations and procedures.
- Prepares a complete financial statement monthly according to dealership guidelines and the manufacturer's format and time frame.
- Controls all posted documents, including time records, vehicle deals, commissions, and additions and changes to inventory.
- Monitors daily bank deposit and cash report.
- Maintains an effective cash management system. Forecasts cash needs.
- Provides a timely daily operating control (DOC) and keeps the dealer/general manager informed about trends.
- Reconciles select accounts monthly.
- Reconciles schedules / monitors schedules monthly.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- No experience required
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Detail-Oriented
