We are seeking Service Advisors for our busy Ford dealership. Under the direction of the Service Manager, the Service Advisor will own the job duties listed below:
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and qualify their needs
- Answer customer inquiries in person and via phone, email and text
- Maintain automotive service records
- Present menus with repair solutions custom tailored tot he customers needs
- Maintain high CSI score
- Complete Factory required training and certifications
- Handle all follow up communications with customers.
Requirements
- Experience with CDK and/or X-time is preferred, but we will train
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Detail-Oriented
- Focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
- Excellent communication skills
