Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Volkswagen New Car Manager located in Milwaukee, WI. The New Car Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Volkswagen new car sales department, ensuring that sales targets are met and exceeded. Responsibilities include managing a team of sales associates, developing sales strategies, maintaining an exceptional level of customer satisfaction, and handling inventory management. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations and providing training and support to the sales team for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience in automotive sales management, inventory management, and sales strategy development
- Excellent leadership, team management, and mentorship skills
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to ensure customer satisfaction and handle customer concerns effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using automotive dealership management software and other relevant technologies
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other departments
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the automotive industry, particularly with Volkswagen, is a plus
