Ewald Consulting, a leading Association Management Company, is looking for a driven, organized Events and Professional Development Assistant to assist our state, national, and international clients produce and execute successful in-person, hybrid and virtual events. We are looking for difference makers who will help Ewald Consulting fulfill on its mission: Serving at the intersection of business, government and society to improve industries and professions.
This position is responsible for setting up webinars using a learning management system and uploading content, recording and editing webinars and doing other related projects surrounding our virtual and hybrid conferences and events. While some of this work can be done remotely, this position will also require some time in the office helping prepare for client events, including organizational and administrative tasks. The job is a part-time, temporary position. The Events and Professional Development Assistant may also have opportunities to coordinate the production of client webinars on the Zoom platform and provide tech support for webinar presenters.

Requirements
- Fast learner, easily adaptable, strong communication skills
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- A passion for learning and technology
- Strong skills working with Zoom and other video conferencing platforms
- Proficiency working with the Microsoft Suite
- Ability to work 15 hours per week minimum
