RATE OF PAY WILL COMMENSURATE WITH EXPERIENCE.

Summary: The rental manager role is responsible for the overall coordination of the rental department at assigned location. This includes leading all aspects of rental sales, customer service, rental fleet maintenance, and rental logistics. The role is also responsible for the assigned location rental department sales revenues and customer service. (Must be able to make sales calls and deliver rental equipment during the work week and work the rental counter at assigned location.)

Previous RENTAL experience preferred.

Billingual (Spanish) preferred.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Respond to rental request and guide customer through Ewald Kubota rental process.

Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, request, complaints, rental service needs.

Strong sales and communication skills.

Responsible for all administrative rental activity at assigned location.

Assures all documentation associated with the rental department and are properly and completed.

Continue education and knowledge of related rental products and Kubota equipment.

Ability to make sales call on construction site or office setting.

High level of accountability, time management, and negotiating skills.

Develops and maintains relationships with purchasing contacts and potential customers.

Ensures rental equipment is clean, serviced, and displayed in organized manner.

Maintain organized and presentable store front.

Assist rental customers with loading and unloading equipment

Wash, service and deliver rental equipment as needed.

Maintains company manuals, pricing lists and other documentation in professional manner.

Arrives on time to work and maintain professional appearance.

Perform other duties as required by management.

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or One year related industry experience required.

Language Ability:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Math Ability:

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Internet Explorer or an equivalent, Keystone Industry Software, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

Certificates and Licenses:

Must have a valid Texas Drivers’ License and a clear driving record.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This job has supervisory responsibilities over the rental coordinator and any other rental related staff.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
