About the Role
We are looking for a talented
Graphic Designer
who's
technically skilled in front-end design (UI / UX) and email design (HTML / CSS)
to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for designing visually compelling digital assets while ensuring seamless integration with front-end technologies. This role requires a blend of creativity and technical expertise to ensure the user experience is optimized across various digital platforms, including email, websites, and social media channels.
A Day in the LifeDevelop and code responsive email templates using HTML / CSS, ensuring they are visually appealing and compatible across allDesign and update landing pages and other digital assets with a focus on UI / UX best practicesRevise and update campaign and in-center templates to reflect branding changes and new imageryDesign custom branding requests for franchisee and corporate needs, ensuring consistency with brand standardsCollaborate with the creative agency to ensure design elements are implemented effectivelySupport national and regional campaigns by designing for email, print, web, and social media channelsRetouch high-resolution images & builds image extensions for use in advertisingProvide feedback and guidance to other designers to maintain high standards in all design deliverablesTake on overflow work from creative agency for National or Regional special requests.Assist with additional projects as neededWhat Sets You Apart
Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and responsive web designExperience in email marketing platforms and building responsive, visually compelling emailsKnowledge of typography and layout designSkilled in Adobe Suite : InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop; experience with AI / automation tools a plusCreative mind and storytelling skillsIncredibly detail-oriented, organized, and able to function in a fast-paced, quick-turnaround team-oriented environmentAbility to provide feedback and teach othersCompetency in designing motion graphics and video editingStrong grasp of design best practices for every channelEducation and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field preferred3 years of front-end design experience working in an ad agency or in-house graphics departmentExperience with email and website design, UI / UX, and coding in HTML and CSSExperience with editing software packages (e.g. Premiere, After Effects and Final Cut)Experience with logo and layout design
