Our Center Managers drive our business and ensure al EWC Growth Core Values are consistently applied. This is a full-time salaried position with base plus monthly bonuses!

- We are committed to recognizing performance with an annual base salary range of $62,500 - $85,000 based on experience and location revenue. Our compensation structure includes a base salary complemented by incentives ranging 15% - 20% of salary, to reward those who achieve goals consistently.

Job Responsibilities:
- Create daily/monthly goals for the center and its associates.
- Mastering the Guest Service Associate role and leading by example.
- Supervise, motivate, discipline, and coach associates in the moment, and as needed.
- Conduct all Strut Team Meetings and prepare activities or resources.
- Celebrate positive associate performance and identify opportunities for improvements.
- Handle all guest issues that arise in a timely manner and be solution oriented.
- Complete weekly associate schedules and manage time off requests.
- Maintain proper inventory levels and submit orders in a timely manner.
- Prepare and cross check payroll reports.
- Interview, hire, and train new associates as needed.
- Takes ownership and accountability for creating a positive work environment that increases productivity and reduces turnover.
- Maintain and uphold EWCG culture within the center.
- Follow all EWCG policies and procedures and always provide an exceptional guest experience.
Physical Demands:
- While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to stand, talk, and hear.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds at a time.
