Success in this role requires a proactive approach to prospecting, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to adapt to diverse client environments. The position offers a base pay of $800 per week, supplemented by a generous commission structure tied to sales performance, providing substantial earning potential for top performers.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and cold-call businesses to generate leads and secure new accounts.
Conduct on-site visits to assess client staffing needs and present solutions.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of staffing services.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
Proven sales experience (staffing industry experience a plus but not required).
Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and strong organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a small-business environment with minimal supervision.
Must have a reliable vehicle with acceptable clearance for rugged environments (e.g., construction sites), as frequent travel to such locations is required. Valid drivers license and insurance mandatory.
Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
